“As a solo female traveler in Peru, I booked this because the pictures looked decent. Booked for three nights. Got there and spent just a few hours before leaving. Was not in an area I felt comfortable in at all. The door and walls of the room were very thin. It was very dark in the hallways. The door wouldn’t even lock properly. Ended up booking elsewhere and Expedia/the hotel refused to refund me for the nights I didn’t even stay here. Would not recommend booking through Expedia again”

“Didn’t have my reservation. Left me in the lobby alone for 45 minutes at check in. Tried to charge me several times after I had already paid. Hot water didn’t work. No lid on toilet seat.”

“I had to leave in the early morning and the host unlocked the doors for me. I realized that in an emergency I would not have been able to get out of the building. There were many locks on the doors. Otherwise it was a safe place to stay, perfect for walking to the airport in 5 minutes. The hosts were very lovely and kind. ”
